To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dh777's total aggregate liability to you in connection with the Platform, howsoever arising, shall not exceed the net deposits made by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You may request the closure of your dh777 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Before closing your account, all pending bets will be settled at the applicable odds and any verified balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
Upon account closure, your right to access the dh777 Platform ceases immediately. Bonus balances and wagering-requirement-locked funds are forfeited upon account closure unless otherwise agreed in writing by dh777.
